onboarding, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from your assigned coach. These

- Coaching insights and action items following live sessions
- Progress check-ins and accountability follow-ups
- Educational content recommendations relevant to your goals
- Responses to your questions and messages

voice sessions (LiveKit), and data storage, subject to confidentiality agreements.
